| How do I register? Are you planning on placing a classifieds ad on Tennisclassifieds.net? If so, simply click on the "Register" link. Remember that registering with us is quick and absolutely free! If you are just browsing and searching, we do not require that you register. Rest assured that we will not sell any of your personally identifiable information, but may use it for demographic purposes to make this website a better place!
Do I need to register? If you wish to place a “for sale” or a “wanted to buy” ad, you will need to register. If you simply wish to browse or search the classified ads, then you do not need to register.
How much does it cost? Registering and placing ads on our site in free!
Will my user information be kept private? Yes. Only your username will be made public in your ad, and during any communication with other users your email address will be available. So make sure your username is somewhat discreet.
How do I place an ad? After you register, you simply click on place an ad to get started. Decide what type of ad you would like to place. Then, fill out the easy-to-use forms, submit, and your ad is activated instantly! To make your listing look professional. Use a short, descriptive title to catch the buyers' eye. Give the buyer a complete description, including a picture to enhance your ad. Make sure you include all the important information, and always be accurate and truthful in your listing.
How long will my ad be up? The time your classified ad will run is dependent upon the ad duration you choose during placement.
Can I edit or delete my ad after I submit it? Absolutely. Just click “my ads” on the yellow user menu (you must be logged in) and then “edit” or “remove” next to the ad you wish to change. You may do this at anytime during your ad’s duration.
How do I include a picture in my ad? To include a picture, you must use an uploaded image no bigger than 200K in size and 200 width by 200 height. An uploaded image must be located on your computer as a picture file. While placing your ad on the image collection page, click the browse button, locate your photo and click upload.
I can't find what I am looking for! Didn't find what you were looking for? Don't worry, you can place a wanted ad under our "Wanted" category. You can also set up an automatic search via the "ad filter" option in the yellow user bar. That way you will get an email notice should any of your search terms get flagged.
I forgot my password No worries, we all do. Just click on the "Login" link and then click on the "Lost Password" link. Fill in your email address and we will quickly send you an e-mail with your password.
How do I contact the seller? First you must login into your account (or register if you don’t already have an account). Then click on the “contact user” on the seller’s ad page and follow the simple directions. Once you enter your message the seller or buyer will receive your message on the email we have on file for that account.
How do I change my personal data? After you log in click on “my account” in the yellow user bar and then click “edit account” and go from there. Note, you cannot change your username once you register.
What’s “expose in other ads” under “edit account settings” mean? I you wish to display parts of your contact information when users view your “view other user’s ads” page, you can check the box next to your information. For optimal security we suggest keeping as much as possible private.
There’s no category for the ad I wish to place If you can’t find a good category for your tennis item, let us know and we’ll see if we can add a new category to the site.
Can I sell my non-tennis items on your site? No. We are a tennis classifieds site only. Any non-tennis or spam-like items will be deleted.
How do I cancel my account? Just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
How do I contact you? Click on the “contact” link in the footer of the page and the next page you see should have our contact information. Feel free to send us ideas or suggestions for our site, or to report any issues.
